My wife and I will be traveling to Rome/Venice/Florence for 2 weeks in October. We'll each have our Video IPods with us and I'm wondering about Audio Tours. Is it worth purchasing tours for the Uffizi? Or are the museum rented tours better/cheaper? Any Audio Tour advice would be appreciated. Thanks

Have you looked at LoDingo.com? They have hundreds of audio tours for destinations all around the world and they have heaps of different styles too.
A friend gave me a couple for a present before I went to Europe and they were great!
I'm sure they have tours for Venice, Rome and Florence so you should definitely check them out (www.lodingo.com)
