I have been unable to find availability on any tours...
Does Rick Steves have an Audio Tour for Herculaneum?
I did not see it in the Audio App
Any Plans for one before May 8, 2018??
Or could you suggest how we can access an Audio Tour for Herculaneum??

You can hire an audio guide from the place where you buy your entry tickets.
Ercolano is great, takes about two or three hours to get around. Good idea to bring a bottle of water with you, it can be pretty hot with little shade. The skeletons on the lowest level are pretty spooky.
