Are they easy to find? Will be landing there after a long flight and a stopover in Heathrow as well so I want to make sure I can get Euros before I head into town.

Yes, they're easy to find. Remember to call your bank to let them know you'll be in Europe and raise your withdrawal limit.

This was a big issue for me as well. In the terminals with international flights they sell euros but the rates are fairly steep. I toyed with the idea, just to be on the safe side, but I ended up getting sick of how long the line was. I got on the flight to Rome from Newark, and hoped we would find an ATM at the airport.
It ended up being no problem. Right after getting off the plane and getting to the luggage carousel, there was an ATM against the wall nearby and not a soul using it. I withdrew a bunch there, very easy.
