Anyone know about availability of ATM machines, or other sources of Euros in CT, and Riomaggiore in particular?

Jerry, regarding ATM machines in Riomaggiore - NO PROBLEM! From what I recall, there are two ATM's just outside the station (close to the famous Mama Rosa's Hostel). I had no problem obtaining cash during my stay in Riomaggiore.

ATMs are everywhere. Even saw one in a water closet !!! That is service

No problem with ATM in Riomaggiore. I know there is at least one on the main street in town. Take Rick Steve's advice. We got our money as we went without any problems. If one ATM doesn't work, try another.
