ATM at Malpensa Airport?

There are ATMs at the airport. Have no idea what you mean by "reliable."? Will they be working? Probably, but you will not know until you try. Will they be bank-owned?? Read the signage carefully.

I used the one that is just outside the terminal where you catch trains into the main station. It was a bank owned machine. It worked. gave me a good mix of bills. I got no surprise charges on my debit card.
