Roman buses, metros and trams are supposed to be on strike tomorrow.
The only day they'll be on time.
LOL, Roberto!
The good news is that Rome is such a FABULOUS city to see on foot?
As posted by Trenitalia, strikes don't affect the Leonardo Express so that one is still good to go... although buses may be substituted for the train. I would probably plan on getting to the station early if catching a flight?
That was my concern, I know a couple of people flying out tomorrow. Taxis will be busy, reserve ahead.
Or the strike may be called off.
I saw plenty of buses and trams going today.
The strike wasn't today; it was yesterday.
It was on the 6th. Some lines were running normally, some on a Sunday schedule, some not at all. The metro was closed, according to news announcements.
DOH! You're right: it was the 6th.
I need more coffee....
