Has anyone recently booked a walking tour in Assisi that includes the Basicila? If so, I’d much appreciate any recommendations you may have. We will be driving from Siena. Also, looking for places to eat. Thanks.

I have no first hand experience as we are visiting Assisi late May but I have heard good things about this particular guide, Anne Robichaud. She does tours of various Umbrian towns but I believe her specialty is Assisi. We are thinking of hiring her to make our visit more meaningful.
