Could anyone recommend a nice convent to stay in while we're in Assisi?

We have stayed, and will again be at the Convent of the Franciscan Sisters or the Atonement in Nov. You didn't say when you will be there, however there is a 2 night minimum, cash only (60 Euros a night for a double)accepted, and they fill fast as they only have 20 rooms. Their e-mail address is located under "coming to Rome" at SantaSusanna.org As a final note, one of the Sisters from the U.S. dearly misses "American" coffee(Folgers, Maxwell House, Ect) and we are bringing some with us when we return on 5 November.
