I am having difficulty finding the train schedule online for June for trains from Assisi to Rome. Trenitalia site will only show me one option - a cheap one at 7am. I cannot get other times from the site. Surely, there are multiple trains each day from Assisi to Rome. Should I just purchase tickets at the station when I arrive in Assisi. I would prefer a 10 am trip or so. Please advise. thanks! grazie!

If you looking at the last half of June, the schedule is not posted. Second, it most likely will be a Regionale trains so there is no advantage or any reason to purchase the ticket in advance. Trying using the same of day of the week for next week to see options. You might also try bahn.de for the schedules.

There are usually a few trains a day direct from Assisi to Roma Termini, one at about 8 am, another at about 11:20, and another in the afternoon for sure. There are other trains but you would have to change trains en route.
