Art classes or traditional crafts in Tuscany and Umbria

Hello,
I will be travelling in to Rome, Florence, Tuscany and Umbria this spring and I was wondering if anyone knew of any art workshops in the area. I was hoping for a painting en plein air class for a few hours in the afternoon or a traditional craft workshop to try my hand at creating something beautiful. I am interested in all forms of craft: Painting, leatherwork, mosaics, jewelery making, sewing, etc. and I don't mind travelling to other towns and staying a night in search of a unique experience.

I am aware of the ''Experiences'' section of AirBNB, and have already reserved some activities through them.

Thank you flr your suggestions. : )

I loved my one day mosaics course at a studio in Ravenna several years ago and am returning for a five day course in a few weeks. The studio is Koko Mosaico and the enthusiastic and delightful young people who run it are patient and wonderful. The studio is right across the street from the Basilica Sant’ Apollinare, an easy walk from the Ravenna train station. Kokomosaico.com
