Hello canoop,

There are a lot guides out there about this with details:
https://wanderwisdom.com/travel-destinations/How-to-get-from-Marco-Polo-Airport-to-Venice

The 2 biggest land options are by bus or taxi to Piazzale Roma at the edge of the water where you can start your Venice experience.

The water based options will get you into the city itself rather than the edge but they tend to be expensive or inconvenient.

Venice is amazing. enjoy,

Rather than there being one vaporetto station, there are lots of vaporetto stops along the large canals, recognizable as white and mustard-yellow shelters on the water. There are stops at the Piazzale Roma, mentioned above. It would be a good idea to get vaporetto passes, which you can buy at the major stops. They come in 1-, 2-, 3-, and 7-day versions, and give you unlimited rides. You just have to validate them each time you ride. Have a great trip!

Just to clarify- there are no vaporetto stations at the airport.

Are you asking how to get from airport to Venice proper?

The link posted above by hiredman is perfect. Different options. I personally just take the Alilaguna to my stop. I prefer being out on the water, than sitting on a bus, after my long flight.

I think canoop wants to get the ferry station at the airport where Alilaguna's boats dock. The answer is "follow the signs".

hey hey canoop
hiredman gave you a good link to follow with options for you to decide.
how many is "we" and where is your accomodation at?
we always take a private water taxi, more expensive, but worth it for us. private ride, they put our luggage in, gorgeous entrance for viewing venice and takes us as close to accomodations as possible. no pulling/pushing over steps/stairs over bridges, cobblestones/uneven pavement, not knowing exactly where you are going.

put in your info and rate comes up

check shuttle, you share the boat with minimum 2 people
my feeling is cost of trip to italy is worth extra euros to enjoy. put money into piggy bank and save it special for ride. have a cheaper meal, soft drink and it's all bellissimo vacanza
