Arezzo Parking

We are traveling from Cortona to Arezzo for a day trip. Google Maps is taking me via SR 71 from Cortona to the Pietri Parking. Does this keep me out of the ZTL? Does anyway know if there is a machine there to purchase time to park or do you have to go somewhere else to pay.
