Has any one ever been to the antique market in Arrezo the first Sunday of each month? Would it be preferable to avoid Arezzo that day, or is it worth a look? I'm not a huge antique fan or a buyer, I enjoy looking.

I would say its worth a look. I'm not into antiques either, but I enjoyed it. The market certainly draws a crowd, which livens up the town. So if you're into looking and people watching, it's certainly a plus. I can understand if you want to avoid crowds, but it doesn't completely take over the town or anything, so you don't have to worry about that. You can still escape the market crowd if you wish and visit the duomo, San Francesco, San Domenico, etc.
