Are things open in Cinque Terre and Sienna the week after Easter?

Easter Monday is a big holiday, expect some sights to be closed and the other ones to be crowded. Better reserving a restaurant. The rest of the week should be normal, but it is usually a very busy time, especially if close to the other national holidays (April 25th and May 1st).
