I have booked the tour and I received an email that is a confirmation of my order. On the day of the tour, after I entered the colosseum with my Roman Pass, do I have to go collect my tickets for the tour? Or what would be the procedures like? Thanks.

If you purchased your tour through the coopculture website:
You'll enter the Colosseum either with your printed tour confirmation email or Roma Pass. Go to the entry of the Colosseum and show the guard your tour confirmation email document or pass to get directly into the security line. Allow PLENTY of time before your scheduled tour to get through this line; 45 minutes to an hour or so during the busiest seasons/times. After clearing security, proceed to the special events desk to check in for your tour. Show them that you have the Roma Pass and so don't need to purchase an additional entry ticket.
Do be aware that your Roma Pass is good for only a single entry to the colosseum so don't, say, use it earlier in the day, leave and come back for tour. Once used, you'd be required to purchase another entry ticket at the reservation desk when checking in for your tour.
If confused at any point, just ask a guard for directions.

Show the guard at the front of the lines your confirmation email and proceed through the line he puts you in. Then just go to the special events desk to check in for the tour. They will give you a sticker and tell you where to meet your guide. It's really very simple.
