RomeCabs is fully booked on the day of my arrival, is there any other good car service from Fiumicino to my hotel near the Termini? Or taxi?

There is an express train which travels from FCO to Termini. Leonardo Express. Google it. Perfect alternative to taxis.

And taxis are fine. Rate is fixed. Use the official starter. I have never fully understand the fascination with using a hired driver for something that is easily covered via train or taxi.

As Frank posted a regular cab is just fine
Fixed rate 48 euros
Just head outside to official line, Wait your turn- usually very quick- and go
I always hand the driver our destination address and 48 euros cash

Thanks folks, my arrival time is 7:15pm therefore I want to arrive at my hotel quick. If I took the train, I might arrive at my hotel, Hotel Sonya it is, well after 9pm. So I think I better take the taxi.

There are lots of alternatives as you can see by going to Fiumicino Airport Transfers. In 2017 I took the bus from the airport to near the Vatican. I think it went on to Termini and then back to the airport, but I could be wrong.
In spite of the "sell out" warnings, I just walked out of the airport to where the bus was parked, paid an agent there for a ticket, had my luggage put under the bus and got on board. And yes, it was 6 Euro 2 years ago as it is now.
