Arancio Orange line in Venice

I am staying near the Guglie stop in the Carnarregio district of Venice. I see on my water taxi map that the Orange Line of Arancio (same line from the airport across to Venice Island) is the fastest way to get from Guglie to the Piazza San Marco area. This line is not a Vaporetto.
I look online under the Alilaguna website and they too have multi-day passes and tours! All very confusing. With the Aliliguna Silver pass or Prestige pass, it says I can get into all the Museums and Churches (looks like it includes a Chorus Pass) and get to Murano/Burano (I thought that was on a Vaporetto with a pass). So can someone explain if it is worth getting a Silver or Prestige Alilaguna pass, and if that gets me on the Vaporetto also or is that separate, and if indeed does this include a Chorus Pass. It is not clear. Thanks!

First, its not the fastest. Since it is primarily an airport connector, it spends longer at each stop. According to the schedule, it takes 32 minutes to get from Guglie to San Marco. The 4.1 takes 31 minutes and the 5.1 takes 29 minutes. They do not go down the Grand Canal, but end run to S Zaccaria on the far side of San Marco. If you want to go down the Grand Canal, take the 4.1 or 5.1 to Ferrovia, then change to the 1, or walk to San Marcuolo and pick the 1 up there.

The Alilaguna is primarily for getting to and from the airport. Get a vaporetto pass.
