I see where it is priced starting at 205dollars and up.Its a luxery hotel and many if not most on this site stay clear of those types.

We're on our honeymoon and they have a grand opening special so their prices for Venice up until the end of May are actually lower than most 2 star hotels in Venice. For May, even the one star hostels were pricing their rooms at $150 CAD and above. One of the advantages of trying a new hotel is that you get great deals.
