We are going to Venice, Cinque Terre, and Tuscany for 11 days in 2020. Our question, is this a time good for pleasant weather and what are crowds like especially Cinque Terre? Any problems with going this early. Thanks so much

For Cinque Terre planning, consider the cruise ship schedule and the size of the ships:

Tuscany is a very large area. What do you have in mind? Renting a car?
We will be staying in SanGimignano for 5 days and exploring Sienna, Voltare , Chianti region and as many villages we can fit in by car.
Read this about driving in Italy and restrictions involved [ZTLs]; avoid leaving anything of value in a car when parked:

You'll be parking outside of towns and walking in. For route planning use www.viamichelin.com, the + sign for multiple stops. It's assumed you would be picking up a car at La Spezia or the Pisa Airport. What's the drop off?
If you're visit coincides with Easter, the CT may be very crowded with daytrippers. The other problem is the weather. First, winter weather may badly damage the hiking trails. Second, weather in April is pretty iffy - if it's rainy it won't be scenic and hiking may not be possible.
If "pleasant" weather was a priority for me, I would not go in April. I hate chilly, wet weather. Others are happy to travel in the winter (though presumably not to the Cinque Terre).
I urge you to check actual, day-by-day, historical weather data for the areas you plan to visit on timeanddate.com. Do not rely on monthly averages. Remember that you will not be outdoors only between noon and 3 PM, so the daiky high temperature is not the only thing that matters.
Thanks for your help I appreciate it
Thats a great link that rzolezzi provides. Change the year to 2020 in the link, and it will show you the next year's schedule.
