I have Hear Planet, Currency, Translate, Wi-Fi Finder, Web'S, and Lonely Planet. If I use in Europe will I be billed for roaming? (Not tech savvy)

Hi Lu Ann, you need to make sure that those apps work "offline" meaning that they don't require data to work. It will say in the description of the app if they operate "offline" or not! I believe that "roaming" refers to your cellular service and not data consumption. There are a lot of great apps that don't require a data connection so research before you buy. By the way, Princeville is my favorite area in HI! I'm so jealous that you live there!! Have a great time in Italia.
