We are pretty excited to try the aperitivo practice on our trip in November, but not sure if it's a thing in winter? Seems like a sitting on the piazza on a summer evening kind of thing. We'll be in Bolzano Nov 28-Dec 2 (first weekend of the Christmas markets). Will we find aperitivo at that time? Happy to have any recommendations or suggestions. Thank you!

Yes, there will be Gluehwein stands all over the Christmas Market. Pay a little extra and get your souvenir cup with the design that changes every year. You could start a collection.
