Apartments in Sorrento

This is such a general question. It would be helpful if you listed your budget, how many people this is for, and when you are going. Sorrento is a city onto itself and the "Amalfi Coast" is also a large area, and there are many towns and villages all different. So, it would be hard to give advice with such a general question.

You might also define what "good" means to you. It's such a relavive term, what would make it good for you and your needs.

Thank you for your reply. Yes, more details would be clearer. We are looking for a 2 bedroom apartment preferably in Sorrento. By good I mean clean, nicely furnished and a balcony/terrace with a view of the bay would be a plus. I would like to budget roughly between $100-$140 per night if that is even possible. If there are any recommendations out there I would love to look into it.

Do a search on Air BnB. I was able to find nice places in your price range with enough space for 4 people in Amalfi, Sorrento, and even Positano (although we have ultimately decided to stay in a small B&B for our coastal leg of the trip)!

Your budget is on the low side for a decent 2 bedroom place in Sorrento, but it does depend on the time of year for price and availability. Eg the larger apartments tend to be owned by Italian families who will be using them themselves in July/August and maybe Christmas/New Year. There are quite a few 1 bedroomed places with sofabeds in the living room that would cost less. Also, further out of town can be cheaper but maybe less convenient in terms of getting out and about.

Go to www.villatorent.it and search there for Eden House, Sorrento, 2BR, 2B, four balconies, beautifully appointed, Washing machine, dishwasher, etc. with full views of Bay of Naples and Vesuvius.
