Would love to hear from anyone that has suggestions about places they have stayed and iked within in a short walking distance of the the SMN station. There will be two of us traveling so a studio or 1 Bedroom apartment would work for us- but open to all suggestions . Traveling this October.

check apts and your date. looks what available, don't know your dates or budget in euros.
they started the beehive hostel many years ago, changes since the pandemic. who is still in business and what kind of amenities do they have, minimum of days to stay, check in is usually 3-4pm and check out 10-11am, luggage storage or not

check your filters on left side of page and map will come up what has open dates. october is a busy month with harvest time and festivals, may have slim pickins and rates maybe higher. so many people are traveling and the big cities are so crowded that everyone wants to do the same as everyone else. friends just came back from cruise with florence and rome as stops, even though ports are further away and they said wall to wall people like a can of sardines. just so you know what you may run into. pack lots of patience and pack light. we brought some laundry soap and did sink washing at night and hung around spaces in apt.
skip the line tickets still had long lines and have to go through security.
enjoy yourselves and have fun. we stopped at outdoor cafes for a glass of wine, meat & cheese platters and people watched which was fun and entertaining at times.
