We're passing through Venice in March and can only stay 2 days. We have a family of 5 adults and 2 infants on this trip, and need a rental apartment with 2 or 3 bedrooms, but for 2 nights only. Any suggestions? We've been to Venice many times as a couple only, but need something family-friendly for this vacation. Thanks!

This last summer we were given a hotel apartment just because we had a small kid with us. The apartment we had was about a block from our hotel but we were still able to have breakfast there in the morning. I don't think this is all that unusual for Venice. I would contact hotels to see what they have to offer in the way of family apartments. We found ours through Orbitz.

Candy..you're going to have fun finding an apt for only two days....but it can be done! We have done this in Cinque Terre and other places.
Go to VRBO.com and homelidays.com, and you should be ablee to find something. One trick we have used is a phone call to the landlord that rents for no less than 5 days. Sometimes they will rent to you for a short time if it is between other rentals.
