Apartment rentals & vaccines

I prefer small studio or 1 bedroom apartments so I do not have to have all our meals in restaurants (46 days in Italy would get very expensive). Must be non-smoking and close to historical areas & transportation. Does anyone know of anything in the following cities:
Perugia, Florence, Siena, Ravenna, Verona, Venice, Milan.

As well, I do not believe vaccinations are required, but wondered if anyone knows what may be advisable.

Thanks.

Or similar websites.

No vaccinations needed or advisable throughout Europe, unless you require any type of allergy vaccination at home.

If you check the State Department web site, it will list required or recommended vaccines for each country or areas. And, often, you local office of public health will have the list for each country.
