My husband and I will be in Rome for two nights at the beginning of June and we're not having much luck finding a hotel under $150 in the Campo de Fiori or Piazza Navona area. Can anyone recommend a good apartment or B&B around that area?

we stayed at a private apartment in piazza navona area. found it thru freereservation.com. also you can look at holidayvelvet.com i'm sure you know that summer time is an expensive time to go. happy travels

We stayed for 4 nights at http://www.lucianopascucci.net for 130 euro/nt. It is considered in the Piazza Navonna area and was probably only about 2 block walk to the actual open Piazza area. It was a great area. Very personal attention - you're in a room in their home. Spacious closet area, antiques and decent bathroom. Lots of help with daily plans, buses, trains, taxis, reservations, etc.
