Anyone have any ideas for a short tem apartment rental in April in Venice?

Take a look at vrbo.com. They have lots of rentals. I would love to have some feedback from anyone who has used this service. I receive quick responses on rate requests. Some apartments seem very affordable (100-140 euro/nt). Is it too good to be true?
