Has anyone stayed at the apartments owned by Vatican Vacation (address: Giovanni Bettolo 35)? How is the neighborhood? Are the apartments nice?

I have not stayed there. I have walked through the neighborhood and I think it is fine. You may know this but you can get a good look at the building and street via Google Maps (http://maps.google.com/maps)and typing in the address: Giovanni Bettolo 35, Rome, Italy
Click on Street View and you will see right outside the building.
