We are a family of four looking for an apartment in April in Manarola. I know Alla Porta Rossa has been recommended, but I haven't heard from them in over 2 weeks and I'm looking for something under 200 euros a night. Any other recommendations?

Are you limited to an apartment? If not, I can recommend this great hotel with quads at €200: http://www.torrettas.com/
I haven’t stayed there, but the Hostel Cinque Terre at the top of town was very nice (we looked) and reasonably priced with quads at €100…rooms for up to six are a little more: http://www.cinqueterre.net/ostello/
