Looking for reasonable and nice apt. in Florence for late September and October. Where to look? Want to be near Duomo or University of Florence. Any experiences or recommendations?

We spent a week last summer in a wonderful apartment two blocks from the duomo. It is completely updated and the price was very reasonable. Check it out at http://www.residenzarondinelli.it/eng/apartment2+2.php

Thanks for the reply but after trying various suggestions, I realize that I need a studio or student apartment for one person near the Duomo or Univ. of FLorence area. Most apartments listed are really designed for tourists and for more occupants. Any experience with studio or student rentals?
