Dear Cindy,
My daughter and I rented a 2 bedroom apartment thru vrbo.com in Rome near the Coloseum in September. The location was perfect. All of the guests comments on the website are accurate. It is #72116. The calendar looks like Marmi has opennings in February.

Try Amalia Preite at email [email protected] I have rented two different apartments from her in the same building in Rome. It is very central, about midway between the Spanish steps and the Fountain of Trevi. She has one large apartment on two levels - as I recall, three bedrooms, two baths, kitchen, balcony, etc. The other apartments have one and two bedrooms. Check it on her web site http://www.yourhomeinrome.net/ You can use my name - Frank Gallo

and search on "Mauro" - he comes very highly recommended. I just booked through him and he was very helpful.
