Anything to do in PISA at 3:30AM?

I'm trying to figure out which train to take from Naples to Florence.

The latest train that is not overnight departs Naples at 7:30PM and arrives in Florence around 10:30PM. Another overnight train departs at 9:45PM, which makes it to Pisa around 3:30AM. Then another train from Pisa at 4:15AM to Florence at about 6AM.

I plan to visit Pisa anyways, so if I take this second train, then I might as well just spend that day in Pisa rather than go to Florence then go back to Pisa. But what am I going to do at 3:30AM in the morning? I don't think I will be able to check in to any accommodations at that time and I'll be carrying my luggage around. Maybe I should just take the 7:30PM Naples train to Florence?

I can't tell you what you might do at 3:30 am in Pisa, but in your shoes I would just take the 7:30 train to Florence and visit Pisa as a half-day trip from Florence, either the next day or another day. Just my opinion.

You could combine Pisa and Lucca into one daytrip from Firenze. Both are worth a little time (Pisa less than Lucca, in my opinion).

I think I will just take the 7:30PM train. I have no idea what I would even do once arrived with the overnight one.

If I take the 7:30PM, then I'll visit Pisa on a half a day. I'm headed to Venice afterwards. Do you guys recomend doing the half day Pisa trip in the morning or afternoon? If morning, I presume I would need to head back to Florence afterwards, and then depart from Florence to Venice.
