I haven't but what bothers me about that one at a glance? The vast majority of adults in the photos without helmets. Having been to Rome, there's no way I'd ride that city without one or let my clients do it. That's a red flag, IMHO. I'd take a look at TopBike: also great reviews, helmets on their tour groups (Appia might be the exception), and Rick Steves endorsed besides:
