Has anyone tried any of the Indian restaurants in Rome? If so, how would you rate them?! I saw a few names listed online. Also wondering what tourist attractions they are close to (if I want to plan lunch or dinner at the place). Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Typically, restaurants located near "tourist attractions" are high price and low quality. Have you tried TripAdvisor? Go here: http://www.tripadvisor.com/Restaurants-g187791-Rome_Lazio.html and click on "Indian" cuisine. You'll see a map as well as user reviews.

We just returned and passed several Indian restaurants, mostly clustered together-with interesting menus-sort of Indian tempered to Italian tastes, rather than here where it's Indian tempered to US tastes. Although we love Indian food, we passed them by since we kind of went to Italy to eat Italian food. Their prices were comparable to other nearby restaurants.
