It looks like Centrale Palace is dodgy at night - the area that is. So this looks like a better option. Can't decide between it and Grand hotel et des palmes

Palermo's historic centre (Centrale Palace) isn't as nice at night as Palermo's New City. The Wagner and the Grand Hotel et Des Palmes are very near each other, so either would work.
