I have a choice of either one for the same price. I am looking for comfortable and clean. I know it won't be the Ritz Carleton! I'd appreciate anyones opinion.

Have you checked www.tripadvisor.com for these places? I'm sure there are reviews of both of them.

I don't want to go over 150 euros/night. Both hotels are offering me a room for 123 euros/night which is more in my budget but if they are not nice I would pay more.
I did check Tripadvisor and got mixed reviews on both!
