Hi I am able to reserve a room at this Casa but they dont' have a website to look at the rooms. How were they? Also, how far is it from the Colloseum area and train station. Walking isn't a problem but I don't want to be too far removed!

Casa san Guiseppe is in the Trastevere area, which is some distance from the Colosseum and Roma Termini station (across the river). That's not really a problem as the public transportation in Rome is excellent (and there's always a Taxi if necessary).
I found it to be an easy walk to the Pantheon and other sites, but your tolerance for the walks might be different than mine. If you're comfortable with the Trams and Metro in Rome, you should have no difficulty getting around.
