Anyone pick up a AutoEurope car at Malpensa (MXP)?

If you're still planning a long-term "lease" through Peugeot, see appointment instructions at http://www.autoeurope.com/long-term-car-rental/locations/milan-malpensa.cfm. Hopefully, they will have sent similar to you. Most services will be located in Terminal 1, after you pass through the "nothing to declare" customs door and into the freedom of the Arrivals Hall.

thanks Laura. I have had my long term lease confirmed and sent required documents. AutoEurope sent me a generic map of Terminal 1. It doesn't tell me anything about which desk to go to or the location in Terminal 1

A Travelparking/Peugeot Open Europe courtesy shuttle service will then pick you up outside at gate number 4, Arrivals Terminal 1 to drive you to the welcome office (6km/3.8mi drive). If your flight details change for any reason, please contact the Peugeot office using the telephone numbers below immediately.

When I once had a Peugeot appointment and was late for it, I got chewed out because a particular person is waiting for you with your specific car. They don't have a staff of people and cars standing around.
