Anyone know the Country code & local code to fax from US to Sienna, Italy

I just tried to fax back a booking confirmation and it wouldn't go through. I was given 11 numbers with a + sign in front. Perhaps I need a country code for Italy or just a 1. Your help on this one real quick would be appreciated.

  • stands for the international outbound code. In the US that is 011. Therefore you will be dialing as follows: 011-39-0577 followed by the rest. 39 is Italy area code 0577 is Siena's area code

AFAIK, the + sign is only used with cell phones. The sequence that Roberto provided should work.
