We are trying to stay around Amelia, because it sounds really interesting, easy access to train station in Narni to get to Rome (after ping off the car). I have narrowed the choice to these places, but can find nothing on this website, in Tripadvisor or any reviews at all. in Narni - Agriturismo La Contea by Bice (there are a couple of La Contea places in Italy) in Amelia - Locanda San Giuseppe or Agriturismo Poggio della Rosa in Lugnano - La Pietra Gialla
in Avigliano - El Nido del Falco (a bit farther than I want)
