Are they also a good and secure place to consider renting apartments in Rome?

I am booked with them for 5 nights in June at the Mial House Luxury Apartment. First time using them and they were very responsive sending all the paperwork quickly. I am going to confirm our meeting time prior to leaving the US. I did use the Crosspollinate rental booking site for our Venice and Florence apartments. I just couldn’t find a rental I liked in Rome on their site, otherwise I would have just stayed with one company. I will let you know how it goes.

We used Windows on Italy for month long stay in Florence in 2018. TheY have ATS IN Rome. I highly recommend.
