Has anyone booked and completed a trip through JustFly? I have read some reviews on a particular site which does have mostly favorable reviews but they all seem to be about ease of booking. On the flip side complaints are about customer service or lack of I should say. Ppl complained of being charged to switch or cancel flights in less than 24 hrs, sometimes in less than a hr after booking and being told they would pay fees from $75 - $300. Also communication issues, not allowed to speak to a supervisor, no confirmation email. I couldn't find a review from anyone who had booked and completed a trip. So who knows if things went smoothly.
