Anybody receive VAT refund at the MXP airport?

So I bought two jackets at Florence, but I forgot to get the proper paper work from the store.. I only received the receipt which notes the VAT amount I paid..

Anybody have experience in receiving VAT refund at MXP airport??
Is the receipt from the store sufficient, or am I out of luck??
