Any Tuscan hill towns with relatively flat centers?

Weird question, but: I’m traveling to Florence next month, and one of my travel party members cannot walk up hills due to heart issues. He has no issues walking on flat-ish surfaces.

We’d love to take a day trip by car to see the Tuscan countryside and visit a few of the towns, but obviously hill towns are…hilly! Examples of towns I’ve enjoyed in the past but know are too hilly for him: Siena, Montepulciano, etc.

So I’m wondering if you all know of any hill towns whose centers are flat and have public parking near the center. Can you recommend any like that?

(We’re already planning a day-trip by train to Lucca, and we’ll be stopping in Orvieto (Umbria) on the way to Rome on a different day.)

Thanks!

Have a look at Pienza; I don't remember how far is the parking area from the centre, but the town is tiny anyway.

There is an expensive and not too large parking area on a side of the Duomo piazza in Orvieto, if you manage to park there you can have a relatively flat basic walk.

Pienza is flat
Parking is easy on or off the street leading into town -just avoid Friday as that is market day

Fantastic views

Buonconvento is also flat but not a “hilltown”
