Any Suggested Road Bike Loops Around Siena?

Hi,
I am visiting Siena in Sept and plan on spending two days biking through the country side. I have our first loop planned out, about 32 miles heading east towards Pacina, up to San Felica, west to Querciavalle, then back to Siena.

Trying to determine a good second day ride.

We will be on road bikes and appreciate any suggestions. We want to keep the mileage close to 30 miles so we can visit the towns along the way.

There are also to beautiful ones which go from Siena to Montalcino (35 miles) or Montepulciano (45miles) both are extremely nice!
Remember that both towns are both on top of a hill so the roads are quite steep.
