Any recent stay in Florence at B&B Il Bargello?

Has anyone recently stayed at the B&B in Florence called Il Bargello?

They are listed as an accommodation in the RS guide book, but I have tried contacting them via their web site and email and have not had a response in about a month.
Perhaps they are on holiday?

I wanted to ask them some questions and confirm that someone would be on site that speaks English.
It seems like a nice, centrally located spot with the biggest issue being a lot of steps to climb to get to your room.

I believe the name is Il Bargellino on via Guelfa...if correct, I have stayed there several times but not recently unfortunately. As I have been staying for months at a time now and have switched to renting an apartment. I have recommended the hotel many times for others. It is a great location, clean and variety of rooms...some on the second floor open up to the amazing terrace where guests can gather and get to know each other or just kick back and relax. Carmen is an American from Boston and is one of the owners so definitely English speaker on site. FYI Bargello is a museum in Florence so confirm if you are trying to contact Il Bargellino.

We have stayed there twice; in May 2022 and in October 2023. If we return to Florence, we would stay there again. We are acquainted with the owners; Carmel and Pino. Carmel grow up in Boston and is completely bi-lingual, Pino is Italian and knows some English. When we were there a few months ago Carmel left during our stay to return to the states for a wedding, but Pino remained. I know a fair amount of Italian, by NO means anywhere near fluent, but we had no problem communicating without google translate. Their beautiful neice (unfortunately I cannot remember her name), helped out in Carmel’s absence and she was completely fluent in English. Here is the email I use to contact them, and some times it takes a couple days for a response, especially if they are traveling. [email protected]
Feel free to PM me if you have more questions.

Thank you for the replies, but the B&B I am asking about is not the one mentioned in the replies.
The B&B I am asking about is Il Bargello and it is located at Via de Pandolfini 33.

So, if anyone has stayed at B&B Il Bargello - https://www.firenze-bedandbreakfast.it/about-us.html
and can reply, that would be appreciated.
