Although In & Out Piazza Navona looks very nice, I can't find any reviews on it. Just wondering if anyone has stayed there or knows anything about it? http://www.inandout-rome.com/ We're debating between In & Out Piazza Navona and the Nicolas Inn. However, I'm leaning heavily towards Nicolas Inn because it's gotten so many rave reviews. Was also looking at Alice's B&B and Maison Colosseo, but I wanted to be a bit more central since I only have 3 days in Rome.

If you click on the Tripadvisor icon in the lower right of the page, you'll see 21 reviews of In and Out. They're in Italian, so you can't read the specifics, but they're pretty positive. That said, it's always hard to know on TA if they're real or fake reviews. More reviews here: Reviews Good luck.

I feel so silly for not looking at that! Thanks for pointing it out. I actually didn't even think to click on "People say about us" ... as an advertising copywriter myself, I was assuming it would be a bunch of glowing testimonials that were collected (and manipulated) by the B&B itself. However it actually appears to be legitimate reviews. I'm going to have hard time choosing now, especially since the price for 3 nights is almost the same at both.

The reviews on TA are positive for both. I would not factor in the rating number of either, just the reviews themselves. Rome is a compact city so you will probably be walking to most of the sights wherever you stay. I have stayed at Nicolas Inn and would not hesitate to go back.
