Any experience renting through Rome Address?

I have found great apartment, but not familiar with this outfit. Would appreciate hearing about experiences that anyone has had renting an apartment through Rome Address. Many thanks.

While we have not used Rome Address, we have had success with HomeAway in Rome and Dublin. In Rome we had a wonderful apartment with a roof top terrace in Campo de Fiori. We are renting a similar one In April.

Thanks. We've rented through many sites in the past with great success. I just became enamored of an apartment advertised by this outfit, but it has no reviews and I'm not familiar with them so trying to be prudent!

I have not used them but from a little bit of online detective work, they are based in Paris and appear to be linked to http://www.parisaddress.com/

I have found some reviews on tripadvisor for Parisaddress - but not many. Cannot find any reviews for Romeaddress.
