Any drawbacks to wearing North Face outer wear in Italy in March

In the past logos identified you as Americans but are there any drawbacks to wearing North Face layers in March in Italy, specifically Milan, Florence, Tuscany, and Rome?

North face is an international retailer. Some cities in Europe have North Face stores just like there are here in the U.S. If you want to wear that style of clothing you could wait and see if you can find a Jack Wolfskin store in Italy.

As Monte says, North Face is an international brand. It's worn be people worldwide...not just in North America.

Since I usually travel to Europe in the colder months I always bring my north face jacket which is lightweight and keeps me warm. I see a lot of north face jackets worn by tourists from different countries along with Europeans.

No. North Face is sold all over the world. I have a North Face daypack that I purchased in Stockholm. Even if it were specifically American, it would not be a problem. There is no issue with wearing or using an American brand as you travel through Europe. People figure out you're a tourist when they see you standing in line for a tourist site or hear you speaking English. What you wear has little to do with it.

Don't worry, you'll be identified regardless what you wear. No problem, anyway...
