Will the Ostia Antica site, the Baths of Caracalla and The Forum be open on May 1? If open, will The Forum be wall-to-wall people on the holiday? Also, what is the duration of the train from Piramide to Ostia Antica and the frequency of the trains on May 1? Thanks for any comments.

Ostia Antica is closed on May 1
Forum, Palatine Villa, and Terme di Caracalla are open on May 1
I’m sure there will be many people, but they are so huge that you won’t feel crowded.
I don’t know if you are still interested on Ostia Antica since it’s closed on May 1, in any case the train ride from PSP (Porta San Paolo) to Ostia Antica is 26 min each way. The frequency is every 15 min on Sunday and holidays or every 10 min on weekdays.
